Peach Salsa
Ingredients:

Peaches (diced)
Olive Oil
Onion (chopped)
Apple Cider Vinegar
Moroccan Spiced Sugar (to taste)
handful Cilantro (chopped)
Chili Peppers
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Place diced peaches in bowl.
Sauté onion in oil in a small skillet on medium setting until translucent. Add Moroccan Spiced Sugar and apple cider vinegar.
Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour onion mixture onto peaches. Add cilantro, chili peppers, salt and pepper.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 4 as a condiment or 2 as an appetizer with tortilla chips.
