Carol has always had a love for food. Once upon a time walking amongst the chefs and owning her own catering company, her passion and interest has led her to a stunning new vision with Flavors of the Med. Her objective is to make it easy for you to take every day dishes and “flavor” them with wonderful herbs and spices of the med.
