Moroccan Chicken Brochette








Chicken breasts

Olive Oil

Sultans’ Delight spice blend

Salt and pepper (to taste)


Marinade the chicken breasts 2 hours ahead in 1 TBSP oil and 1 TBSP Sultans' Delight.


Preheat the BBQ on high. When BBQ is ready, place the chicken on the grill & lower the heat to medium. Cook for a few minutes on each side then turn off one of the burners and move the chicken to that side. Cook with lid down, basting with remaining halves of oil & spice blend.


BBQ until the chicken breasts have reached 165 degrees internally, the juices are running clear and the meat is no longer pink.


For more lip smacking lip chicken, mix 1 tsp Sultans' Delight with 2 tsp olive oil and drizzle onto chicken just before serving.


Serves 4.
