Turkish Grilled Chicken


This chicken is very tasty and fills the yard with great aromas. This recipe can be made with skinless, boneless chicken breasts or chicken pieces. If using chicken pieces, separate skin from meat and add Turkish Enchantment between the skin and the meat for extra flavour.



4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken split in half
1 TBSP Turkish Enchantment (to taste)
Olive oil


Marinade the chicken breasts with Turkish Enchantment and olive oil 2 hours ahead of cooking or overnight for deeper flavour.

Preheat the BBQ on high.

When BBQ is ready, place the chicken on the grill. Grill on each side for 2-3 minutes. Close one burner and move the chicken to that side of the grill. Baste regularly. Cook until the chicken breasts have reached 165 degrees internally, the  juices are running clear and the meat is no longer pink. Serve with Marrakesh Sweet Potatoes
