Turkish Eggs with Yogurt


This recipe is a spin-off of a traditional Turkish Recipe. In the authentic recipe, yogurt is mixed with cumin. We have replaced the cumin with our Turkish Enchantment spice blend to add dimension to the dish.



4 eggs
4 tbsp of Greek yogurt or sour cream

1/2 - 3/4  tsp of Turkish Enchantment
1 tsp butter (optional)
Pinch of sugar (optional)



Mix yogurt with Turkish Enchantment, sugar and salt.

Fry the eggs. While eggs are cooking, melt butter in separate pan or in microwave. When eggs ready, transfer to plate, top with yogurt and drizzle with melted butter.

This dish is best serve with bread to scoop up juices.

For a lighter version, omit the melted butter.

Serves 2.
