Cheesy Hot Italian Dip

block of Cream Cheese (8 oz or 250g)
grated Italiano three Cheese mix
grated Parmesan Cheese
Italian Bliss (to taste)
clove Garlic (crushed)
sun-dried Tomatoes (chopped) optional
Bread, carrots, celery, pretzels
Melt all of the ingredients in a slow cooker.
Add water to thin to desired thickness.
Serve with bread, carrots, celery, pretzels.
Cheeses can also be melted in the microwave by cooking partially covered on low intensity (power level 3) for 1 min. Mix, add water then repeat until all cheeses have melted.
If you do not have a slow cooker you can serve your hot dip in a chocolate fondue dish heated with a votive candle.
