Blueberry Brie Quesadilla
Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Moroccan Spiced Sugar
wedges of Brie Cheese
Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet on medium-low heat. Place the tortilla down, place the brie wedges on half of the tortilla.
Top the brie with blueberries and sprinkle 1 tsp of Moroccan Spiced Sugar.
Fold the other half over and weigh down with another skillet or sauce pan. Cook for 2 minutes then flip over. Cook another 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Remove from skillet. Let stand for 1 minute then cut in half. Top with 1/2 tsp. of Moroccan Spiced Sugar.
