Zesty Salad Dressing
Ingredients:

Za'atar
Olive Oil
Lemon (juiced and zested)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes before using to allow the flavors of the sumac to blend with the oil
This is a nice zesty salad dressing. Try it on chicken and fish.
