This Tzatziki recipe is a variation from the traditional Tzatziki which is usually made with yogurt. I add a little sour cream in mine as it adds another dimension to the sauce.
3 TBSP sour cream (any kind)
3 TBSP yogurt
1 1/2 cloves garlic minced, hearts removed
1/2 of a small English cucumber, grated
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Mix all of the ingredients together and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, drizzle top with olive oil.
