Turkish Steak


Turkish Enchantment makes a great rub for meats such as chicken, steak, lamb and shellfish such as shrimp or scallops.



2 steaks (Porterhouse, TBone, NY Strip, Fillet, Rib Eye)
2-3  tsp Turkish Enchantment spice blend
Olive oil (optional)


Pat steak with a little olive oil. Sprinkle Turkish Enchantment on each side. Grill, broil or pan fry steak as usual. You may also used the Turkish Enchantment as a dry rub on the steaks.

A  minute before the steak is ready, remove from heat and let stand for 2-3 minutes allowing the juices to redistribute.
