cloves Garlic (minced)
grated cheese, any
Green Onion (chopped)
large soft Tortilla shells
handfull Cilantro (coarsely chopped)
Preheat over at 400 degrees.
Heat oil in skillet on medium high setting. Add onion and saute for 1 minute. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. When onion is translucent, add ground beef. Brown ground beef and break into morsels.
When the ground beef is cooked, remove excess oil/fat. Add half of the diced tomatoes, Turkish Enchantment and Tunisian Harissa powder and 1/4 cup water. Reduce heat and cook until water has evaporated and meat mixture has thickened.
In a separate large skillet, warm each tortilla. Remove heat and fill each tortilla with 1/3 of the meat mixture. Add green onion. Roll each tortilla and place on a baking sheet. Top with grated cheese and remaining tomatoes.
Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Served topped with cilantro and 2 dollops of sour cream per burrito.
