Pork Chops al Basilico
Pork chops (loin bone in)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
Mix the mayonnaise and Italian Bliss and then spread the mixture on both sides of the pork chop.
Roast for 20 minutes if the chop is boneless and 30 minutes for bone in pork chop (more flavourful) and until pork chop internal temperature has reached 160°.
Serve on a bed of egg noodles and peppers.
