Chick Peas (drained and rinsed)
Tahini Paste (sesame paste)
Sea Salt (to taste)
Turkish Enchantment (adjust to taste)
Incorporate chick peas, garlic, tahini and lemon juice in a food processor and process for 1 minute. Using a spatula, scrape sides. Process another minute. While processor is running slowly add olive oil and sea salt. Adjust consistency by adding water until you have a light smooth puree.
Transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle top with a little olive oil. Top with a pinch of our Smoked Paprika or Tunisian Harissa powder.
Serve with pita bread, pita chips, naan bread, tortilla chips, carrot & celery sticks, etc.
