Moroccan Orange Salad
Moroccan Black Olives (optional)
small Vidalia Onion, sliced thinly (optional)
This is a traditional recipe served all over Morocco. Serve with breakfast. It can also be served with savory dishes by adding black olives, sweet onions.
With a sharp knife, remove the peel and pith of each orange and slice thinly. Place in serving platter. Sprinkle with Moroccan Spiced Sugar.
For a dinner salad or side dish:
Follow instructions above. Add a handful of Moroccan black olives and sliced sweet onion. Drizzle with olive oil.
