Mini Mediterranean Brochettes

Ingredients:

pint of cherry or grape tomatoes

container of Bocconcini or feta cheese cut into cubes

Greek Bachariká

Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Kalamata olives, pitted

Olive Oil

Directions:

Cut cherry or grape tomatoes in half. Dip into Greek Bachariká.

Skewer tomatoes onto cocktail toothpicks with mini bocconcini or feta, a basil leaf and a Kalamata olive.

Place skewers fanned out onto a plate.

Drizzle with olive oil.
