Greek Salad

Tomatoes (cut into large cubes)

English cucumber (cut into large cubes)

Olives, Kalamata or sundried Black Olives

Sweet Onion (sliced thinly)

Feta Cheese (crumbled or cut into squares) to preference

Olive Oil (to taste)

Red Wine Vinegar (or Lemon Juice)

Greek Bachariká

Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together except the Feta cheese. Allow to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

 

Prior to serving crumble Feta cheese. Serve with pita bread (optional).

 

Serves 4 as a side dish.

 

Tip: For a flavourful salad ensure you always store your tomatoes at room temperature.
