Are you getting tired of the same old plain rice? Adding a little Turkish Enchantment while cooking will add flavor to your rice dish and a wonderful aroma in your home. This recipe is also great with quinoa.
2 cups rice (any long or medium grain)
3 tsp. Turkish Enchantment spice blend (to taste)
1 tsp butter (optional)
1 Tbsp olive oil (optional)
Add Turkish Enchantment to your rice water and stir. Cook as usual. When rice is half cooked, stir again. When rice is cooked, remove from heat and add butter and olive oil.
Serves 6 as a side dish.
