Egg Noodles and Peppers


Egg noodles and peppers are perfect with poultry. pork, steak and veal. Simple, flavorful and colorful.



2 handfuls of egg noodle pasta
1/2 red peppers, sliced
1/4 green pepper, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian Bliss
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste



Bring salted water to a boil. Drop egg noodles in boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain.

In a non stick pan, heat olive oil. Add garlic, then red and green peppers and cook for 2 minutes. Add noodles, Italian Bliss, salt and pepper and mix well. Cook 1 minute.

Serves 2.
