Turkish Enchantment

Tunisian Harissa (or more to taste)

Water

Green onion (chopped)

Tomatoes (seeded and diced)

Lettuce Leaves (chopped)

Do you like tacos but don't like buying those pre-packaged taco meals in a box? Our Turkish Enchantment combined with our Tunisian Harissa make the perfect all natural, gluten free taco seasoning mix replacement without additives, preservatives, coloring or msg.

 

This recipe can also be made with red kidney beans instead of ground beef for a vegetarian option. Cook red kidney beans until they burst open.

Directions:

 

Heat oven at 400 degrees.

 

Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain and return to skillet. Add Turkish Enchantment, Tunisian Harissa and water. Mix well and cook over low heat until water has evaporated.

 

Vegetarian Option: Add kidney beans to a skillet with Turkish Enchantment, Tunisian Harissa and water. Cook over low heat until water has evaporated.

 

Place corn taco shells on cookie sheet and heat for 2-3 minutes per side.

 

Place garnishes, shells and meat or bean mixtures in various plates and allow your guests to help themselves. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.

 

Note: To make delicious nachos, follow the same recipe for the ground beef.
