Turkish Enchantment

Tunisian Harissa (or more to taste)

Water

Green onion (chopped)

Tomatoes (seeded and diced)

Olives (black or stuffed)

Cilantro (chopped)

Cheddar (shredded)

Monterrey Jack (shredded)

Bag of corn chips of choice

Do you like nachos but don't like buying processed pre-packaged food? Our Turkish Enchantment combined with our Tunisian Harissa make the perfect all natural, gluten free taco seasoning mix replacement without additives, preservatives, coloring or MSG.

The Tunisian Harissa adds heat to the meat with a rich tomato flavor, however, you can replace the harissa with jalapeno peppers.

This recipe can also be made with red kidney beans instead of ground beef for a vegetarian option.

Directions:

Heat oven at 400 degrees.

Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain and return to skillet. Add Turkish Enchantment, Tunisian Harissa and water. Mix well and cook over low heat until water has evaporated.

For a vegetarian option: Add red kidney beans, Turkish Enchantment and Tunisian Harissa with water in a skillet. Mix well and cook over low heat until water has evaporated.

Place corn chips on 2 cookie sheets covered with parchment paper. Top with ground beef mixture, tomatoes, green onions, olives and finish with the cheeses.

Bake until cheese has melted.

Serve with sour cream and guacamole and top with cilantro. Makes 2 servings as a meal or 4 as an appetizer.

Note: To make delicious tacos, follow the same recipe for the ground beef.
