Brussels Sprout Salad

Brussels sprouts (sliced thinly)
Mayonnaise of choice
Tangerines (peeled and sectioned)
Vinegar (red/white wine or apple cider vinegar)
small clove Garlic (chopped)
Egyptian Crunch
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
This is a great salad for those who do not like Brussels sprouts. Much like cabbage salad, this salad is easy to prepare and creamy. A perfect balance between creaminess, acidity with a little crunch.
In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar and garlic.
Add mix to sliced Brussels sprouts. Before serving top with tangerines and Egyptian Crunch.
Serves 3.
