Brussels Sprouts Salad
Brussels sprouts (sliced thinly)
Mayonnaise of choice
Tangerines (peeled and sectioned)
Vinegar (red/white wine or apple cider vinegar)
small clove Garlic (chopped)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar and garlic.
Add mix to sliced Brussels sprouts. Before serving top with tangerines and Egyptian Crunch.
