Beyond Cocktail Sauce

 

So you like shrimp cocktail sauce? This recipe will wow you and your guests! Quick and easy and tastier than the traditional cocktail sauce with a little more zang!

 

Ingredients:


1 TBSP Tunisian Harissa
1 TBSP water
A few drop of olive oil
1 TBSP ketchup
1/2 TBSP Horseradish

Directions:

Prepare the Tunisian Harissa paste by mixing the water and olive oil into the Tunisian Harissa powder. Add the ketchup and horseradish. For more bite, add a little more horseradish.


You can also add Tunisian Harissa paste to a commercial cocktail sauce to elevate the flavours.
